First after a free consultation , a T.H.I.R.A. ( Threat Hazzard and Risk Identification is conducted . Then a review of any existing Emergency Operations or Emergency Preparedness Plan and supporting policies is conducted comparing it to the T.H.I.R.A. . I then make revision recommendations for your plan and policies, Then I train your staff on the new plan and policies, and if requested will conduct an exercise to evaluate your staffs proficiency. If no existing plan or policies exist I develope them for you , and of course train your staff. I also offer annual re-training if desired.
